Reach or Reply: which should I choose?

Reach if you want a set amount of outreach to the right people. Reply if you would rather pay for conversations started. We recommend one in the meeting, based on your audience.

What is a qualified prospect?

Someone who matches the audience you approve, such as role, company type and location. You review the list before outreach begins.

What counts as a qualified reply?

A real human reply from a prospect who fits the audience you approved, after we have reached out at least once. Yes, maybe or a polite no all count. Auto-replies, bounces and replies from outside your audience do not.

What if a Reply campaign gets fewer than 20 qualified replies?

Your campaign agreement sets out how that is handled, before anything starts.

Do I approve the messages?

Yes. Nothing sends until you approve the audience and the sequence.

Do you guarantee meetings or a reply rate?

No. Reply packs are counted in qualified replies. Booking the meeting from a reply is up to you, and we do not promise a reply rate.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
